This place sits on a very narrow little back road right on the bank of the James River in Gladstone, Virginia.
Not to worry, I’m not insulting anyone by calling them river rats; a lot of people, in these parts that live on the river, call themselves river rats… there is even a kayaking and canoeing club around that calls themselves river rats.
