The Blues in G major

We ventured out to the farmers market in Lynchburg, Virginia this morning and got a big surprise when there was a blues duo playing…this gentleman could really sing and play the blues harp!

Childs Play

Childs Play

My wife and I are sitting here watching a movie called “Rent” a fantastic movie and was an outstanding play. With a couple of exceptions the story could have taken place in the 1970’s when my life was a lot grittier than now. A friend of mine, Jim, from those times, the bass player in a band we had at the time, Sundance, recently found me online and we have been talking over old times…the movie and hearing from Jim has kinda of made me miss a lot of things about that time.

So, in a somewhat of a tender, carefree, and gritty mood I wanted to do a pic that had a tender and gritty look…here it is…a teenage boy playing as a child on a swing done with a sort of gritty looking black and white. Remember those carefree days Jim?
