It’s morning along the banks of Otter Lake and mist still lingers on the surface and the early sun lights the colors of autumn…

And an Angel Appeared

And an Angel Appeared

So, yesterday, I was walking atop a hill at the Lynchburg Old City Cemetery and Arboretum taking pictures of flowers along a border garden and I turned and looked thru the branches of a large weeping willow and an angel appeared on a blanket reading a book…

I met this lovely young lady yesterday at the Old City Cemetery in Lynchburg, Virginia, and she graciously granted be permission to take some photos of her. She was also kind enough to sign a release for me but asked that I not use her name.

Watching the Wind

Watching the Wind

On a stormy day in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, the wind howls and leaves and branches whip like so many small flags.
