Lone Dawn

Lone Dawn

An early morning on the misty James River in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia…I used my Dead Leaf—texture on this image.

Hey my friends, just wanted to let you know I will be in hospital for a few days and I will see you when I get home…

  1. This is really beautiful! I sure do like the textures you are using with your photographs. I don’t know how to do that yet. Something I’ll explore, though. The textures you use adds a painterly feel, and I especially like painterly feel photographs. I love the green hue. This is really nice, D L. 🙂

  2. Dennis, this is a wonderful image collage – very effective. It now looks like a painting – very beautiful and it reminds me of one of my favourite German painters from the romanticism era – Caspar David Friedrich.

I wish you a very Happy New Year!
    Greetings from Munich,
