Lynchburg Red Brick

Lynchburg Red Brick

I must admit that I am not an expert, in any way, in architecture! That said, I believe this to have at least some elements of Greek Revival, and was probably built just prior to the civil war. The bricks are made from our local red clay in Lynchburg, Virginia.

It would please me to no end if someone schooled in architecture would enlighten me on anything I have wrong during this project.

Lotus Blossom

Lotus Blossom

Fragile and pure is a young girl’s heart as the lotus blossom pink and white…
