I thought it was a good interview, and Im a little biased because he is a friend and ran our race. Everyone who runs our race become friends.I am trying the Newtons now [because they were a gift], always running in as light and minimal attire as I can get [sandals, flats, I like Mizuno trail ascend 3--the red ones!]The Newtons are light, with soft mesh, minimal [no heal] and I like that. Could do without the extra pad on the forfoot.
