A young man hikes the Appalachian Trail and I have to tell you I both admire and envy anyone who spends time on this trail… It takes great heart and touches your soul to push yourself day after day on the AT from Maine to Georgia. These days I can only manage short walks on the AT but I remember when!

It looks like a beautiful place to hike and he looks like he is enjoying it on a number of levels.

I think I’d be so top heavy with that pack, I’d topple over. But I’d sure like to give it a try. Have you hiked the entire trail, D L?
